Project Coordinator

A Marketing Project Coordinator is the primary client-facing position on project-based client teams. Their responsibilities revolve around client satisfaction and experience, and retention as well as project management, including responsibility for assigning work to other client team members and specialists and meeting all contract deliverables within appropriate timelines. The Project Coordinator is responsible for all client reports, reviews, interactions, and contract renewals.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for clients throughout the relationship
  • Consult with clients on, direct, and manage marketing strategy
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Report on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal team and client
  • Collaborate with internal team and client to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build rapport with clients to develop a reputation as a trusted advisor and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

Digital Advertising Specialist

A Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for the implementation, development, and reporting of successful digital advertising strategies. Their responsibilities revolve around obtaining success and making data driven decisions to improve performance. Additionally, the ad specialist is required to work with other team members as part of overall strategy development.

  • Assist with setup, optimization, management, and content creation for ads through Google, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Assist with management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, competitor research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions
  • Analysis of client campaign performance and reporting
  • Actively research new best practices and how to best optimize client ads
  • Manage social media clients and schedule monthly meetings to review prior month’s performance, assess current state, and adjust ad strategy accordingly

Job Requirements

Junior Web Developer

Seeking a talented Junior Web Developer with 1+ years of development experience to join our highly skilled development team. We are looking for a developer with the right mix of development and integration capabilities who is passionate about developing. This position will have an emphasis on front end development on website projects for a variety of businesses.   • A minimum 1-3 years of HTML and CSS development experience
