Project Manager

Blue Frog is seeking a technical Project Manager to join our HubSpot Onboarding team. As Project Manager, you will oversee timelines and client experience for short-term engagements involving HubSpot implementations and systems integrations.

The Project Manager will be part of the client onboarding at Blue Frog, working closely with our solutions architects, integrations specialists, developers, and HubSpot implementation specialists. To ensure success as a Project Manager at Blue Frog, you should demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide excellent customer experience through seamless transition from sales to service for the following offerings:
    • HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub Onboarding
    • HubSpot technical projects and Advanced Onboarding
    • Blue Frog On Demand
    • Partner Scaled Onboarding
  • Lead client communications and timeline management for HubSpot onboarding, and technical projects
    • Create project milestones and delegate tasks with deadlines for internal team within Asana.
    • Schedule client kickoff calls and ongoing meetings to ensure successful completion of projects and manage any potential roadblocks
    • Work with execution team to deliver projects: Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Onboarding Specialists, Trainer, and RevOps Specialist.
    • Understand our clients' challenges and prioritize initiatives to deliver total client satisfaction within project scope
    • Manage tasks and their progression within Asana and HubSpot in order to ensure efficiency in onboarding and migration projects
    • Hold team members accountable to deadlines and milestones to keep projects on track for 90-day timeline (typical maximum engagement length for onboarding projects.)
    • Transition short-term projects into long-term engagements where possible
  • Serve as mentor and provide oversight to teams managing Blue Frog On Demand and Partner Scaled Onboarding services
    • Implement process improvement where necessary
    • Monitor opportunities to improve client experience
    • Assist junior team members with professional development while helping to navigate client interactions
    • Schedule check-ins to monitor progress and foster “open door” management policy
    • Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy ensuring all teams are aligned and informed while maintaining understanding, advocacy, and education of internal processes

 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a project manager 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ Years of Client Account Management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Hands-on CRM and marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
