Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify client needs and provide technical solutions using HubSpot's, Apollo's, and ZoomInfo's suite of products.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for HubSpot's, Apollo's, and ZoomInfo's products, including configuring and customizing solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure the successful integration of products with clients' existing systems and tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot, Apollo, and ZoomInfo product updates and features, and provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients
- Contribute to the development of technical resources, including product documentation, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in custom CRM configuration, software development, or web development
- Experience in a range of custom integration solutions with enterprise-level CRM and ERP platforms, like Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, and SAP.
- Experience coding with PHP, HubL, SQL, JavaScript, Python
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile principles is highly regarded.
