Blue Frog is looking for a proactive, people-savvy professional to lead onboarding for our Apollo clients. We’re seeking someone who’s eager to learn, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Onboarding Experience: Lead new clients through the Apollo onboarding process with clarity, confidence, and care.
Connect Tools and People: Help clients connect Apollo with platforms like HubSpot and Clay, to streamline sales and marketing processes.
Track Progress: Manage onboarding timelines, checklists, and milestone completions across multiple clients, simultaneously.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, delivering timely updates and resolving blockers with empathy and speed.
Documentation & Playbooks: Keep clear records of client onboarding steps and contribute to internal process improvements.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with our internal teams at Blue Frog to ensure seamless handoffs post-onboarding and deliver exceptional client experiences.
What We're Looking For
Recent college graduate or early-career professional ready to grow fast.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Quick to learn new software and eager to dive into sales and marketing tools.
Confident in managing client expectations and working toward shared success.
