Junior Solutions Architect

Blue Frog is seeking a motivated and technically adept Junior Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is integral to our pre-sales efforts, providing technical expertise and support to prospective clients. The Junior Solutions Architect will collaborate with the sales team to design and propose effective solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the pre-sales process.
  • Develop and present customized solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of Blue Frog’s offerings.
  • Conduct technical assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our platform.
  • Assist in creating proposals, including detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure successful execution and implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the implementation process, addressing any issues or challenges.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a solutions engineering or pre-sales role.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Experience coding with PHP, HubL, SQL, JavaScript or Python, is a plus.
