A Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for the implementation, development, and reporting of successful digital advertising strategies. Their responsibilities revolve around obtaining success and making data driven decisions to improve performance. Additionally, the ad specialist is required to work with other team members as part of overall strategy development.

  • Assist with setup, optimization, management, and content creation for ads through Google, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Assist with management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, competitor research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions
  • Analysis of client campaign performance and reporting
  • Actively research new best practices and how to best optimize client ads
  • Manage social media clients and schedule monthly meetings to review prior month’s performance, assess current state, and adjust ad strategy accordingly
  • Assist with advertising recommendations and strategy for all clients
  • Write monthly social media post content for social media clients
  • Boost monthly Facebook posts for clients

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Certifications in Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Ads Search, and Google Ads Display
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Adapt at managing numerous projects across multiple teams
  • Experience with HubSpot inbound marketing software; HubSpot certifications are preferred

Inbound Marketing Strategist

An Inbound Marketing Strategist is the primary client-facing position on each client’s marketing team. Their responsibilities revolve around client satisfaction and retention as well as project management, including responsibility for assigning work to the rest of the client team and meeting all contract deliverables. The Inbound Marketing Strategist is responsible for all client reports, reviews, interactions, and contract renewals.
