Blue Frog is seeking a Business Consultant to own the intelligence layer of our long-term clients, turning executive goals into prioritized, HubSpot-first growth plans. You’ll translate business needs and goals across sales, marketing and revenue operations into annual objectives, quarterly roadmaps, and measurable revenue outcomes for each client. You’ll partner with client leaders directly and guide our Project Managers (PMs) and HubSpot specialists to deliver measurable business impact and growth. Working alongside PMs, you will co‑own quality assurance to ensure execution maps to strategy and business outcomes. As a Business Consultant, you’ll challenge client assumptions and deliver consulting that measurably moves the needle, and all within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee each client’s strategic plan, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Organize and assign marketing campaigns and collaborate on sales strategies and operational improvements
Engage directly with assigned clients to lead discovery, audits and quarterly planning
Develop and implement ongoing recommendations and optimizations
Deliver monthly strategy reviews and quarterly ROI narratives with clear next‑best actions
Help clients clearly understand the value delivered by Blue Frog on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Champion the client’s needs to internal teams, serving as the internal liaison representing each client
Communicate with client stakeholders and the Blue Frog project managers to keep aligned with overarching goals
Perform quality control on projects throughout delivery to maintain expected standards
Qualifications
RevOps and growth consulting experience, ideally working with HubSpot and related platforms
Strong business acumen and firm grasp of sales, marketing, and revenue operations
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong self-management and a proactive nature
Ability to lead and work as part of a team
Ability to organize tasks for others and delegate effectively
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find unique solutions to problems
Ability to surface insights from reports and performance metrics to drive decisions using data
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
