Key Responsibilities
- Oversee each client’s strategic plan, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Organize and assign marketing campaigns and collaborate on sales strategies and operational improvements
- Engage directly with assigned clients to lead discovery, audits and quarterly planning
- Develop and implement ongoing recommendations and optimizations
- Deliver monthly strategy reviews and quarterly ROI narratives with clear next‑best actions
- Help clients clearly understand the value delivered by Blue Frog on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Champion the client’s needs to internal teams, serving as the internal liaison representing each client
- Communicate with client stakeholders and the Blue Frog project managers to keep aligned with overarching goals
- Perform quality control on projects throughout delivery to maintain expected standards
Qualifications
- RevOps and growth consulting experience, ideally working with HubSpot and related platforms
- Strong business acumen and firm grasp of sales, marketing, and revenue operations
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-management and a proactive nature
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Ability to organize tasks for others and delegate effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find unique solutions to problems
- Ability to surface insights from reports and performance metrics to drive decisions using data
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
