Implementation Specialist

HubSpot’s and ZoomInfo’s products have rapidly evolved in depth and breadth as it continues to expand into the Enterprise customer segment. Throughout this evolution, it’s becoming increasingly important to properly configure HubSpot’s and ZoomInfo’s software and tailor its functionalities to the unique needs of our clients. Most importantly, a successful onboarding sets a proper foundation for our clients, but it also opens the door for a long-term engagement with Blue Frog.

As an Implementation Specialist you will work closely with executive-, director-, or manager-level contacts who have recently invested in HubSpot and/or ZoomInfo. This position requires a motivated team member who possesses strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, a foundation of understanding data, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects. 

Blue Frog is seeking an individual who is anxious to get into the agency world, grow with the Implementation team, and become our next Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work directly with our clients to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot and/or ZoomInfo software
  • Complete the required technical setup efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Create a roadmap for success and articulate each step
  • Train and educate clients on how to effectively utilize HubSpot and/or ZoomInfo tools
  • Continuously improve and scale Blue Frog’s HubSpot and ZoomInfo onboarding process with the Implementation team

Qualifications

  • Can effectively project manage and create organized plans to ensure success for an implementation
  • Can lead product training sessions
  • Have strong communication skills and are able to articulate complex solutions
  • Have at least a basic understanding of marketing, sales, and service alignment
  • Have at least a basic understanding of business process
  • Are organized and can handle multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Understand data and automation as it pertains to CRM and business process
